About Zach Tipton

I've lived in Shelby County, Kentucky my whole life. My grandfather was a tenant tobacco farmer who passed down a love for the land and the people here. Our rich soil and close proximity to major cities have helped our community thrive for generations — and I've had a front-row seat to all of it.

In my early 20s, I worked as a lineman for the telephone company. That job took me down every road in Shelby, Henry, and Spencer counties. During those years, I developed a fascination with plat maps and property boundaries that eventually led me to real estate. I know this land in a way that most agents simply don't.

I'm a proud father to four amazing children and husband to Danielle. My family has been the driving force behind everything I've built. Over the years, I've consistently ranked at or near the top of sales volume in this area — not by cutting corners, but by treating every client the way I'd want to be treated.
